SASSA Will Take Solutions to Fernie Local Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie 2 Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services into the community.
SASSA will probably be rendering expert services for example new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In a press release, the agency mentioned it's alarmed with regards to the substantial quantity of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The aim with the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some significant number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“This is often a website result of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no totally functional office committed to service the area on a daily basis. The support issue produced for intervention activities a superior influx of prospective beneficiaries, that makes it complicated for the office to attend to all people who check out a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise additional resources to allow the servicing of all buyers and raise usage of Social Assistance solutions,” the agency said.
